I think wisdom demands that in this world of AI and the computer age, we go for those skills that will be in demand in the future. I think the most important skills in the world’s new job market today are problem-solving and creativity skills. These skills will be in high demand in the next decade. Here we’ll outline the 10 most demanding IT skills in 2025 and beyond. These skills would still be the most in-demand, profitable, and will be very relevant in 2030 and even in the next 10 years.

Psychologically those tasks and jobs that are repetitive and simple are under threat of being automated. Machines can never be creative. They’re like garbage in garbage out.  No one will pay his or her money to watch robots sing or play football.

Just like those who schooled in the western countries tend to be more creative than the ones that schooled in the eastern countries. Western education favors individual creativity and originality, unlike Eastern education.

In those days, when you gain a specific skill, it can be used for decades. You might not need another skill for your whole career. But today, new technologies and techniques are being created every day. Those who keep advancing their skills will remain more relevant in the market than those who don’t want to advance their skills.

To be frank, it’s a bit hard to say exactly what skills computers won’t replace in the next 10 years.
